outbackusjunkus
My '95 2.2 (in '97 Outback) had an injector fail over the weekend. This engine has around a billion miles on it, but have access to some low mile '97 2.5 injectors at a good price (free). Are the '95-97 2.2 and 2.5 injecters the same? I looked up on Rockauto...same part numbers. But since they screw up my orders steady, am looking for a second opinion. Anybody know for sure? Legacy777
I have my doubts. I had thought the 2.5 used top feed injectors vs. the 2.2's side feed injectors.
