I haven't seen anything out there other than the old mudrat bumpers for that generation of the Legacy chassis which haven't been made for a few years. Scoobyclimbs used to have one on his '03 outback. If you could find one of these it would fit your Baja just fine. Otherwise it would have to be a custom job to make your own.
