WAWalker
Buy driving light do you mean fog light, or headlight. There are no aftermarket parts for either. So you can go with new from the dealer. Used. Or engineer somthing eles in there.
rweddy
... what's my alternatives, certainly NOT an OEM replacement. Who's found a fit?Is it round?I am working on fitting a piaa 520 into my outback after finding out subaru oem fogs are 129 each and have no replacement lenses. Mine are still good now but cracked so it is only a matter of time.

OEM driving (not headlight), (not fog 'cause it's white). yes round, 'bout 3" diameter, hides down in the nostrils close to the ground, so all the chipseal can kill 'em (which is what happend). And I KNOW that SOA wants way too much money for 'em. If someone hasn't already found one that fits, I'll go figger it out. I want to replace with fogs, not white driving lights. outback_97
Would these fit? http://www.hella.com/produktion/HellaPortal/WebSite/Internet_usa/ProductsServices/Performance_Lighting/Micro_DE/Micro_DE_Xenon/Micro_DE_Xenon.jsp http://www.hella.com/produktion/HellaPortal/WebSite/Internet_usa/ProductsServices/Performance_Lighting/Micro_DE/Micro_DE/Micro_DE.jsp What about checking to see if any online vendors have old stock of the OE lamps that they're clearancing out? I'm pretty sure I've seen those go for a lot less than what SOA originally sold them for. Steve
mtsmiths
They might Outback, but I really want just bulbs. I'll pop one out this weekend (after I get my garage cleaned up so I can work on my airplane that has kicked my poor 'Roo outdoors for the winter), and go see what I can find that fits (or can be MADE to fit). I just don't see where SOA gets off charging what they do for bloody lightbulbs.
