Do have pics of the blocks. If they mount on top of the strut I will take them. thank Bill
  5. yes its a ea82. I was planing on droping the the diff 2" so the axles dont bind ,but the im worried that torion bar might break if i dont lower the frt part of the rear suspenion. the other thing i was looking for was the frt strut spacers. I've seen other spacers that dont look like they have the camber offset that is needed i am looking for 0 cmber in frt so the tires dont shave the out side edge.

  8. Is there anyone out there that still reworks the ej wiring harness to work in a ea body? How much and how will it take to do it?
  9. if you can unlock the bulb socket then grab where the wires go in to the socket and twist counterclockwise about 1/4 to 1/2 half a turn and pull it out. then remove the light bulb and revse the procedure
  10. Yes I have a jigshaw. but it isnt very powerful. I was going use it to cut out the wooden template. One of my customer has a big cuting table I am going to have them cut my front strut lift plates for my lift Im making. I will ask if they can cut my spacer plate.
  11. Thanks guys for your quick response on the matter I will try to make one myself the only problem is that all I have is a die grinder to cut with.
  12. I am looking for an ej to ea adapter plate. I have a 86 gl wagon that I want to put the 2.2 in and I the adapter for it. Dose anyone have some making yet? Since allied stop making them. If know one has I found a machine shop in the Vancouver Wa area that will make them for us that want them. If interested let me know. just to let you knowI go out of town a lot for my job but just for one knight I will reply when i get back th next day.
  13. Why dont you use a 1988-90 nissan maxxima alt off the v6. Its 90 amps and depending on the belt you use you need to change the pulley Its internally regulated like the soobies and you can find them in the jy pretty cheap if you get one from the jy make sure to get the plug on the top or side of the alt. and just hook up the small wire on the plug to the small wire on harness and the medium wire to the medium wire. It has the same bolt configuration as the soobies it just has a little larger case so there is no cutting or modification to it I have one on my 86 and it works great have any questions let me know
