    Might sound dumb, but I thought mine were burnt out too. So I tried giving the contol panel a tap. I worked!!!! It lit right up

    I would go for a Forester if I was you.

    We have a 1992 Legacy. It has 235000 Miles on it. It runs great doesn't use a drop of oil. Has been to hell and back!!!! The 2.2L is bullet proof. Don't let the mileage scare you. They are an amazing car.

    We have 4 Subaru's. 93 Legacy, 93 Legacy for parts, 99 Outback, and a 99 Forester.

    I agree I have a 92 Legacy with the 2.2 it has over 241000 miles on it. It runs like new. We call it the Super Poo. It has been to hell and back. You can't kill it. We also have a 1999 Outback and Forester. All 3 cars are amazing.
