take a bolt that will thread into the hole in the center, square grind the end and start in into the hole it will put pressure on the cam end and will press itself out... ask me how i know

so whats the cost with tire holder. my brat doesn't have a tailgate so would it still bolt up?

i believe on these cars if you pull the radiator and grill it makes everything a lot easier but I've never had a EA82 car long enough to worry about the belts

some pics of it when i got it home monday.
As of today i changed the driver front fender that had a good sized dent in it replaced the carpet, found one of the cool aluminum gas doors at PAP and put that on, put some seat covers on. then I sprayed in a bed liner, under coated it then bomb caned it olive drab of course.

just buy some 6 lug wheel spacers bolt those to the hub and drill the 2 new holes in the spacer like you would when modifying a 6 lug wheel to 4 x 140

the DL was just a different body i believe, it didn't have the fun tops there shouldn't be a issue

i liked my 4 speed d/r compared to the 5 speed d/r i miss how the 4 speed would fight me with every shift.... with the 5 speed its just smooth no fun at all!

i used 4 muffler clamps to hold the basket to my thule bars and it has a 48" at the widest point wind deflector. basket is made from scratch with about 4-5 hours of cutting and welding

now how did you know that was a type 3 square back lol.... although it's dead my bro spent a lot of money on the engine in that thing and it's got 2 dead cylinders a year after it was rebuilt. at least my soob still runs and i only spent 150 bucks on it's replacement engine

Got the 15" pugs on today with new Firestone Winter Force 205-70-15's, trimmed the front fenders so it wouldn't rub as well

just take the wire cram it into one of the fuse spots then cram the fuse back in and your done constant 12v

i use a set of fairly big channel locks that works great on over tightened oil filters .
