I asked on another thread about this, they said to start a new one so here goes. I got this 88 GL10T AWD with a 4EAT that shifts under 4000 rpm when at WOT. I was wondering if this is the nature of this tranny or if there is something I could check? Thanks, Kevin

While talking about 4EAT, is it possible to make it shift at higher RPM? My 88 GL10T shifts @ about 3000-3300 when floored, just about the time it starts running good. Or do I just need to shift it manually?

Need to get a Noid light and see if the injector is getting a signal from the cpu..........if it is than check the injector with an olm meter to see if its any good!!:Flame::Flame:

So my 88 GL 10 Turbo would be direct bolt in to an EJ swap? What does the wiring harness cost? Thanks, Kevin

I am interested in doing this on my 88 GL10. Has any body done it with an Auto AWD, thats what my Gl10 is. Any input would be appreciated!!! Thanks, Kevin:grin:

GD , thanks for the quick response, I am considering this option because my 88 only has 96K on it, but the trouble codes and the occasional NO STARTS are drving me craZy...I am just interested in a reliable daily driver, got a 65 mile daily commute... Kevin

I have a set of air shocks that are probably good, removed because of compressor issues...might be into selling them.

What happens when you top off your tank???????? Mine has done a NO START twice after I filled the tank 88 GL-10 Turbo wagon:popcorn:

Are the stock mufflers real restricted? My 88 doesnt seem to run good til its wound up over 4k... What kind of gas mileage can i expect??????
