  1. this will make the spider gears work way harder than they are supposed to and will wear out the front diff faster than normal driving. its not horrible on em but its not great for em either. if you took the other cv axle out it wouldn't be as bad for it. -kelsey
  2. I would search for the check valve in the fuel line but if you can't find it, see if the fuel pump is holding pressure. -kelsey
  3. wyatt's laughing and will just help you if you want us to come over. -kelsey
  4. howdy! i'm originally from Indy too I have to say, i have NEVER seen an older subaru there so good find! welcome! -kelsey
  5. ok, we'll just see what happens and me and wyatt will give you a call.
  6. chris, we should go ridin around in the snow tomorrow if there's no school. yeah!
  7. just let us know eulogious when you're free, sounds like a good time :]
  8. i would just say make sure and check the timing belt. i've been in two different subys, including one of mine, and that happened due to timing belt. -kelsey
  9. i still think that's why they round in the bottom of coke cans... i just stick mine on the shifter and shift... then take a drink! its perfect.
  10. I've had leaks now on both of my subarus when i first buy them... both coming from the windshield.. both leaked down to the floor. Check all around the windshield, hopefully that's all it is.. easy fix. -kelsey
  11. you gotta love it! my parents both thought my subaru was a peice of crap and called it a turd (it was brown) but as soon as that snow last year hit, who do you think was driving them around?? They respect my suby a lot more now. lol.
  12. LOL that's who i was talking about, my friend with the xt6. Chris calls a lot asking if we want to go up to capitol, as soon as it snows you should come with us... i know there's already snow up on the peak but not so much on the roads... Not long now!
  13. that's weird because just like evill_ntt it has sealed my winsheild for years... but it sounds like you know a little more about compounds.. lol. -kelsey
  14. oh wow! ok well capitol forest is awesome! it's not like a whole lot of wheelin but its a really great drive to take in the snow up to capitol peak, lots of people, good fun :]
  15. lol or all snowy! you know where capitol forest is right?
  16. when i drive super easy in my 92 loyale 4wd wagon i can get up to 32 mpg combined. gotta love it!
  17. I had that same problem so i went and just got a $3.99 big tube of auto glass sealant or something like that. it was the silicon kind that could run down into the cracks but not liquidy to go right through. Just put it in, keep it dry for a little bit, maybe blow dry it. It sealed my windsheild, hopefully it works for you :]
  18. is that dude's name that's running the buffer Dean Dealio?
  19. that's awesome subi's have the best paint names ever lol
  20. man, i just can't get over that color lol
  21. most definately. My boyfriend has an 82 4wd toyota that has a winch so as long as he's around no one's getting stuck. also i have a friend with an xt6 that's always looking for someone to go wheelin with, i'll have to give him a call and we can set something up. I can't wait for the snow either, i love that my little subi can drive more places in the snow than all these dudes with full size trucks that think they're something else. :]
  22. its west of olympia, its off the highway by summit lake. its a pretty great place. but if you're stock i would just wait for the snow that's coming soon. its going to be a great season to have a subi :] i live in tumwater :]
  23. have you been to Rockcandy yet? its a great place.
  24. yep, now i remember. he was telling me about the homecoming fiasco you guys had with your limo
