27 August. Sale in Ridgefield, WA
I will be back in the area around that date. I have a storage unit filled with Subaru parts. I plan on sitting around on that Tuesday the 27th for a bit, like 11:00am-2:00pm. I’m not too smart so I have no idea what I have. But I’m hoping to raise some money for an EJ swap into my hatchback. Anyone who is short on time but super interested can PM. As far as I know, it’s quite a bit of Gen 2 parts and some Gen 1 parts. About 10 rims and tires. There is also a brat (that’s been in an accident) with extra brat stuff. I don’t WANT to sell it but I will if someone happens to trade a EJ22 and 5spd D/R for it. I also have two extra EA81 and two 4spd D/R tansmisssions.

Why can’t I buy a weber
I did end up buying (hopefully the correct one listed as EA81) a Weber kit today from eBay. https://www.ebay.com/itm/For-Authentic-Weber-Carburetor-Kit-32-36-DGEV-Electric-Choke-for-Subaru-72-87/351573551355?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D20180816085401%26meid%3Db49c10a77de64ed19039586b349e63c5%26pid%3D100970%26rk%3D1%26rkt%3D6%26sd%3D351573551355%26itm%3D351573551355%26pg%3D2481888&_trksid=p2481888.c100970.m5481&_trkparms=pageci%3Ae7f54476-ba63-11e9-94d0-74dbd180b743|parentrq%3A74c8686f16c0ad30580f0497ffcd1b65|iid%3A1 I had been calling redline for about a month to no avail and then today got through to find out they sell through something like “triangle auto” or something. I had emailed but all the emails were returned as undeliverable, with the address from that link. I called for a price and it was around $375 total. Never heard back from any USMB admin about their products and why I can’t order. But it does say in stock. Idk. Called around local auto stores. They were quite a bit more expensive if they even sold them. Im only doing the Weber because I can’t afford the EJ swap on my 86 Hatch

EA81 found it through your link. Thanks. I have just never trusted eBay but looks like I don’t have a choice.

I can’t purchase a Weber on the USMB store or from the redline/Weber site. Super confusing. Just want them to take my money.- Good cooling fan replacement
- Good cooling fan replacement
Yeah I’m interested in it. Let me know when you find out shipping and I’ll get money to you.- Good cooling fan replacement
My car is getting too hot at long lights. I kinda need to have a fan. I commute 25 miles one way, going average of 60.- Good cooling fan replacement
I was about to spend too much on the wrong one, my zip is 97501. I’m down to just get a working, fitting one.- Careful what you wish for-89 gl 3 door
I am not working on a brat, working on a hatchback. But also thanks.- Careful what you wish for-89 gl 3 door
All the fans I can find seem to be mounted through the core and made of plastic. I would love to have both fans on there. But like I said, I might just have to spend all that money on a new fan motor from Subaru.- Careful what you wish for-89 gl 3 door
- Careful what you wish for-89 gl 3 door
I’m debating about buying this fan motor and hoping it’s the right one from the Subaru parts store in Tacoma.- Careful what you wish for-89 gl 3 door
Where does that mount to? Send a picture of it?- Good cooling fan replacement
So, still have no luck making it to grab my fan off my brat. Might just bite the bullet and get this motor off the Subaru page- Careful what you wish for-89 gl 3 door
Which vehicles would I be able to find those on? Neither my brat or hatch had a direct drive. Both have the electric fan.- Careful what you wish for-89 gl 3 door
This will work on a hatchback?- Careful what you wish for-89 gl 3 door
Yeah if anyone comes across the electric radiator fan for an EA81, I will snag that up.- Careful what you wish for-89 gl 3 door
Electric please. I don’t have the mechanical clutch fan though, would that fit on an EA81?- Careful what you wish for-89 gl 3 door
Any chance if there is a radiator or cooling fan in it?- Any mech recommendation Southern OR
I was going through the read up that was posted, doesn’t seem too hard to do. But I’ll see what I can do for saving money.- Good cooling fan replacement
Ok. Thanks. I’ll try to find a used factory one.- Good cooling fan replacement
So my cooling fan died. It’s an old metal housed one with a 4 blade fan. What would be a good replacement without going through the core to mount it? Thanks.- Any mech recommendation Southern OR
Well I don’t even know what that word means. I’m into trying to get this thing running. I didn’t think I could afford a Weber. But now I don’t think I could afford either. - Why can’t I buy a weber
