  1. Good luck with the lube shop. If you had brung it back in a day or 2 yeah. I have a friend with a transmision shop. Customer brings his car in 2 months after A/T was rebuilt. Yup tranny toast. Puts it on a lift and bottom of car is covered in ATF. Sorry dude no can help. If he had returned when it started leaking he would have been way happier as it would have been fixed no charge.

  2. I tried #1 through #4 in that order and they helped for a while. Finally pulled the motor and did a complete reseal along with getting the HLA's rebuilt. Prolly should have eplaced the oil pump but it looked good. Maybe 10,000 miles later and still quiet and no oil leaks. Yipee!!! Gotta go over it as soon as it gets back in town cause it's spotting a little coolant.

  3. I don't want to unlock the door, I can already do that. I want to open the door.

This doesn't look too bad as long as it will fit in the hatch itself. It certainly puts out enough pressure! And as long as it stays mounted as has been previously mentioned.

Look at nuts and bolts rather than a self tapping screw. Locks and flats or flats and nylocks should not come loose.

  4. See on the left side of the clip where the little tab is kind of facing you? Put a straight slot screwdriver against it and tap the srewdriver and it will slide out from under the cable. It's a type of spring really. The two tabs slide in a groove and put tension against the cable and the bracket. Be carefull it doesn't go flying cause it may be hard to find. You can also grab that tang part with pliers and tap against them that way you have a grip on it. To put it back pull the cable towards you and slide the clip back on. You may neaad to tap it back in place.

  5. We used to race a vehicle that started out as a 1st gen 6 cyl bronco. By the time we moved to the next frame we had a blown alcohol fueled 350 in the bronco chassis with FWD Eldorado front ends for both rears with torsion bar suspension and a home made chain driven transfer case topped with a body made from streched and widened Samuri body panels. Looked like a Suzuki but we called it Mudgasm. So yeah you can do anything you want!!! Bright yellow and raced bogs and hops from New York to the Carolinas in the late 80's some of y'all might have seen her run.
