  1. I did the temp control panel bulbs a couple of years ago was real easy. But what about the A/C light? Any help out there?
  2. This looks like a real simple thing to make if it works. I have a couple of questions. 1. Where do you connect it? 2. If you connect it to an exsisting sensor what do you do with the plug which is on the sensor to start with.? Seems to me that you would need to measure this sensor voltage in circuit where the ECU can still use the sensor voltage to do its thing.

  4. I had this problem a couple of years ago. Check the hoses that go to the canister. One of mine came off when I went over and then backed up over a curb which pushed the dirt flap against the hoses and pushed one off. In the 98 OB the canister is behind the right rear tire. Good luck!
  5. I underatand that as little as 1/4 inch variation in the diameter can be a problem. Jack up the car measure the circumference (around the outside) of each tire number. Should not vary more than about 3/4 inch (C=3.14 x D) Replace front and rear diff fluid with synthetic diff fluid (Mobile) worked for me. Also try and rotate the exsisitng tires it may help but will be only temporary.
  6. That's if you repalce the complete exhaust system. The 2 cat converters alone are about $750
  7. I had exactly the same problem Take a piece of hose to any auto parts store and buy ennough to replace both the lines that feed the filter. Also buy new hose clamps. I also put silicone grease over the filter's nipples to make it easy to change out the next time.
  8. I have a 98 OB and got 100K from my stock MX4's. (I could have gotten another 10 or 15K but It was just comming into winter and I just felt guilty about keeping them on. I actually kept 1 in case) So I'm sold on the MX4's especially for this car. Just remember to keep them properly inflated and rotate them often (10K) I am happy with how they ride and how they handlle. I got the best deal over the internet from the tire rack or somthing like that.
