  1. What is your email add? so I can send it to you.

  2. Hey unibrook, you replied to my forum post about 01 Forester Wheel bearings. you said you had a step by step, that would be great. Also I know Autozone rents tools, what are the odds they will have the Hubtamer?

    Thanks,

    Evan

  3. I have a '94 Imprezza wagon (frnt wheel dr) and an '01 Forrester, both are getting loud, I believe its the wheel bearings. How feasible is this as a DIY job? I am fairly experienced with these cars, have done timing belts, CV axels, etc. myself. I dont have a shop press, is there a way to do it without one? (maybe buy a pre-assembled bearing?). Do I need other special tools? can I just take the whole knuckle assy off and have a shop press the bearings in? Advice and or pics would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, E
  4. Hey Grossgary,

you replied about my post on a forester front exhaust pipe a week or so ago. I've got pictures of the pipe I pulled off if you want to see them, not sure how to find your email on here. just let me know,

Thanks for the advice, turned out to be an easy 30min job.

  5. I am replacing the front section of Exhaust pipe on my '01 Forester, the factory pipe that is on it now (and is broken in half:( ) has heat shield on it. I'm wondering if it is worth my time to pull the shield off and put it on the new pipe before I install it? Any other wisdom on this job would be appreciated as well, Thanks, E
