  1. Didn't have the pump shaft lined up when you bolted it in?? The torque converter has a clutch built into it. It can wear, so I would be concerned about the high mile converter. -Sean S. www.RalliTEK.com
  2. Cathie, Squeeks and rattles like that are the most common warranty concerns. Just make an appointment with the service dept. (have your sales person get you a loaner for the day if you need one, service can not help here in most cases.) Make sure you demonstrate the noise to the service person when you leave the car off. Go for a ride with them and show them the noise. This is the only way to get it right, different folks hear different noises, and techs are usually near deaf! -Sean S. ww.RalliTEK.com
  3. Rough idle is almost always related to lean fuel mixture. The ecu controls the idle speed, so that is not adjustable, the most likely suspect here would he the oxygen sensor. I have seen poorly calibrated O2 sensors cause this problem in STi before. If the problem is severe, (your friends comment, the coffee will not stay in the cup...) I would hound the dealer until it is fixed. Multiple trips or extended stays at the dealer service center can easily get you another '05 Forester! The key here is to drive another one. Go see the sales dept /Ask the service manager for a loaner car that is the exact same model as yours. If the problem is in the other car too, there is no problem, and everything is normal. If not.... If you are in Portland, Oregon stop by our shop! -Sean S. www.RalliTEK.com
  4. Did you fix that clogged muffler? -Sean S. RalliTEK Subaru
  5. We recnetly installed a MudRat Front Bumper on a Baja. When added with out aliminum skidplates, it looks great on 00-04 Outback and 03-06 Baja. Install article: http://rallitek.net/forums/showthread.php?t=1711 Looks great! \ www.RalliTEK.com / www.rallitek.net
