Anyone know if a petal assembly from a 82 GL 2dr hatch 4x4 with H/L will work in my 83 GL-10 auto to manual conversion?

Just went to Longmont Co and grabbed that turbo wagon. Back in Missouri with it now. Only 4hrs left till home. Cars doing great, getting 30mpg.

84 GL Wagon 4x4 Took front seats out and moved tracks forward 1 3/4". I'm over 6' and wow big upgrade. Took about an hour. Also removed the rear seat bottom from hinges, now I can fold the back down onto the hinge supports with seat all the way back and recline.

Can it be removed ? Im still using the hitachi carb.

Before start up,Pull all plugs and check for fluid in chambers.

Sounds like head gaskets. With cool engine, remove radiator cap, start and check for bubbles.

Rock Auto has a kit for 1985 GL Turbo by DNJ

That vent tube is used to air cool older motors.

With a cold start up, check for bubbles in radiator or overflow. If you get some it's probably head gaskets.
