  1. Good morning everyone. Here are the latest pics of the done bumper. They can be built to fit either EA 81 or EA 82, and for additional $55 it can be outfitted with D rings on the brackets. We may also weld L channel to the rear of the bumper so that if we do build a skid plate that mounts to the bumper the mounting hardware will already be there. Also we are going to put license plate mounts on them.

  2. Did I say buy my lift? I don't remember saying that I was just using it as a comparison since I have experience with it and I was trying to help you out. On the other side of the coin I didn't understand the initial question and answered it with a level of retarded sarcasm.

  3. I think currently (from what I remember) our lift kit only weighs 20 lbs. You'll add more weight with the aluminum and spend more money.

Puke, run, puke again, date olsen twin... ready to race.

  4. Well obviously solid aluminum blocks are what we are talking about. I know that they would be stronger because they have support all the way through the block. Its obvious that they would way more than steel box tube that we use. As for the builder who wants information, just look at scorpions website, thats all they use is solid aluminum blocks. I say go for it and use it, it will be strong and you wont have to worry about it cracking unless you weld on it and do a poor weld, but even then I highly doubt it would crack.

  5. It may be slightly stronger, but I don't see how you could benefit from it. It costs more, probably doesn't weigh less, and unless you plan on doing the baha 500 with a turbo charged 2.5 and catching 20 feet of air theres no real reason to go that route. The box tube we use is like industrial strength and we've never had any problems.

  6. You can design the lift for various configurations. The byb, keeps the tire in the center. Our lift brings it slightly forward, and I think SJR's lift brings it to the center. Someone could desing the lift so it was staggered towards the rear which wouldn't be hard, but the limiting factor would be how far back can the drive line go before it needs to be extended? Also one reason why the tires look so close to the front of the car is the swing arm rear end, if it was an (A) arm they would always stay in the middle.

  7. The Adapters are in stock ready to ship no waiting at all. Albie's working his buns off right now, and once I get done with school on wednesday I will be there to help him and his brother along with a new hire so in other words your lift should be out shortly. Sorry about the incredibly long wait, I will give you a discount on the adapter.

I might be interested in an EA to EJ adapter plate, but ONLY If you can guarantee that it will be shipped out within 3 business days of receiving the payment, (I can pay by credit card) and send me a tracking number to prove it was shipped out.

If you can do this, than let me know, and I will decide if I want to purchase anything further.

I STILL have not received my EA81 lift, and I thank Albie for working his a$$ off to get it to me, but I would rather not wait 10 weeks for an EA to EJ adapter!!!!!!!
