    What ended up happening? Did the struts for the older model work on your 88? I'm looking for 88 struts now and having the same issue.

    Anybody know the exact specs for the 4WD front struts ? I have a 1988 DL wagon. Just trying to find out the right length for the 4WD struts and part #s from kyb or subaru. Thanks !
