This vehicle has an automatic transmission. I have a little delay when I am about to take off after the vehicle has been sitting awhile. After I start going after it has been sitting awhile the tranny seems to be fine. It acts like it is low on tranny fluid when it has been sitting. But If I let it sit there for about 30 sec in drive. then try to take of it seems to be fine. Any ideas what this might be. I am going to cange the filter and and fluid then see what happens. But like I said after I get giong after it has been sitting awhile the tranny works fine.

My wheels did the same thing. It would never become a safety issue as long as its just the paint that is bubbling, which is probably is. You can get them sand blasted with the plastic sand so it doesn't reck your alloy wheels. The you ca do the painting yourself if you wanted. Just make sure you use primer first. And go to your local auto store and they will give you the best paint to use. I just used the paint in a spray can, used for rims and it worked awsome. Looked just like new.

when the awd was not working I was not getting any hook up in gravel or wet pavement. When I was spinning my back tires were not. Normally I would not spin like this on gravel. I would keep spinning as long as I had it on the gas. When AWD is working I would just hook up and go. What is that black connector for? AWD is fine as long as I dont unplugg this connector. But when connector is plugged in I have a check engine light.

I Was driving down the street and noticed a noise, it almost sounded like my foot slipped off the pedal but couldn't really notice. So I thought it might have been my turbo. It feels like im lacknig a bit of power but not much. You cn still here the turbo spooling up and everything looks good externally. But I just wanted to know if my car would loose a considerable amount of power with out the turbo.

What does taking the pressure off the strut do? And I also read something about marking the strut but I didn't notice anyother way the strut could go in. And I dont have to take off my mounts right? So do I take off the bottom two bolts first then the top one in the middle of the strut mount.? Oh and also they say the top bolt is used for camber adjusrment. I still dont undertand how you adjust camber with that. The holes were just big enough on the strut housing for the bolt to go through. No other way it seemed like that I could have put the bolt in. Thanks for your help guys.

I have done this before but cant remeber which to unbolt first. The top of the strut mount or the bottom that connects to the spindle housing, I can remeber by unbolting one or the other first it is easiest. The one way which I think is when I un bolted the spindle housing bolts first with out ripping imade it complicating to keep the strut from ripping the cv. boot. But not sure. Step by step for the easiest way to do this job would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

well the steering is easy, and also I think I ruled out the sway bar because the links are gone. but maybe I should just take the swaybar completly out then see what happens, Im just waiting on a phone call for a parts car. Then its a matter of replacing stuff. If I had a nother driver driving and me standing outside the car I could probably figure out where the noise is coming from.
