  1. My Sti-dealer found the problem. MAP-sensor died on me without telling the ECU. Since replacement the car goes like a rocket and not a shudder in sight!!!!! Thanx for your replie(s) Greetz Knijn:banana:
  2. My Forester MY00 2.o S-turbo AT shakes when i'm doing 120 kmh and try to accellerate slowly. It accellerates slowly. If i floor it, there's no problem. Of course no CEL light, so no data to read ! Any facts/opinions/possibilities will be greatly appreceated ! Knijn2007 Holland
  3. My my00 2.0 forester turbo AT shakes when i accellerate slowly from 120 kmh (2650 rpm). When i put my foot down there's no problem and it accelerates smooth. Off course no CE light, so no data! Can anybody shed any light on this shudder?
  4. And if your DistBelt ever breaks. It's a Boxer-type engine so if you don't force it there'll be minimal damage to the engine's intestines.
  5. i'm enjoying both of our soob's The '94 2.2. GX touring wagon we call the submarine for its towing power and comfort, since we use it mostly for towing a caravan-trailer from Holland to Italy and back twice a year, and my wife's '89 ECVT Justy for the fun of it. The Justy runs like a sportscar since we've installed a freeflow air intake on it. The touring wagon has 273.000 k's on it and just had a complete distribution-overhaul. Runs as quiet and as new as ever. We started with a 2WD 1.8 Legacy station wagon which has been pensioned at 250.000 k's, then bought the touring wagon and got the old justy from my father-in law. After a good clean-up of both engine and wiring harness the Justy runs just great with 105.000 k's and 1.0 liter.
  6. since my soob has no cruise i'm trying to find out if a stock solution is available or if a universal kit would be easier to install. The linkage for a throttle bowden-cable is already on my engine, so i would prefer one that links up that way. Since the soob's just had its distribution overhauled together wit some other parts that weren't up to mark i'd like to make it as complete as possible. The ride earned it after 278.000 K's!
  7. Does anybody have the right part nos and/or help on fitting a cruise control on the Legacy 94 Touring Wagon? Any suggestions very welcome. Knijn2007
