hey guys and gals ok so i have some questions.. pretty sure they have ben answered plenty of times but easier for me to make my own thread for it i have a 1999 subaru legacy gt with a 2.5 bought it for my wife got a great price $500 for it and i knew befor getting it motor didnt run after pulling the engine i realized there was a fist sized hole in the top where a rod had come throught so ive ben looking around for a while for a new 2.5 seeing this is my first subaru figured i put the origional engine back in and up to this point im thinking of going with the 2.2 im going to be heading out to the you pull parts place this weekend im going to see if i can get a 2.2 is there any special one i need that will just plug and play and do i need to change any computer stuff or anything like that .. thanks for reading know its quite a bit thanks in advance
