    Newbie back again. This time I've got a gas leak. When I'm filling up I get a small puddle that appears after a few `gallons go in and it seems to be coming from filler neck. When i stop pumping gas the leaking stops. No further leaking until I go to fill up again. I am considering replacing filler neck and looked at a couple of videos but there is not one of 1999 subaru.It looks simple enough but should I leave it to mechanic? I'm thinking about buying fill neck before hand an let someone do the work. When I get under car (not on lift or jacked up) i can see where it enters rubber hose to gas tank but everything else is obscured. Sorry to keep pumping you guys for information every other day but any suggestions? I live in Tennessee and I have emissions testing which I think includes a test on the fuel line integrity from gas cap to tank. It passed fine, but when i went for first fill up the leak appeared. Thanks
