alright heres what it does........(hitachi) under any throttle range itll die from lack of gas being pulled through the primary jetting. i recently rebuilt it and immediately would starve out. well with a lil red straw used off a spray can i blew through the primary jetting. after pulling the top off to plug the air bleed (im assuming that is what this hole is for) with my finger so i could see air bubbles in the bowl and i did. put it together and ran great. a week later does it again. i took a flash light and watched no gas getting pulled through the venturi. its a primary only thing. seconday moves tons of gas and the lil plunger pump (4get what its called) pumps gas to so that narrows it down to the primary circuit. any thoughts guys??? im thinkn its just somthin floatn around but it seems to random to be that.

and it will idle fine. its jsut anything past like 1000 rpms.

Yep - crap in the primary circuit. Pull it down and clean it all out. Compressed air will help a lot here. Remove the air bleed and the e-tube so you can really get at the passages.
