Ok,

 

So some times More often then not, I have a rough idle, and some Severe hesitation. I had a similar problem in my old EA81, so I checked the Distributor, and I have some up and down slop, and some small amount of side to side. would this be the possible cause of this problem? The carb is recently rebuilt, so I'm kinda at a loss?

Probably not unless the tach is jumping without the RPM changing. Your hessitation and rough idle is a vacuum leak/tuning issue most likely.
