Are there any other good ways to line up things for drilling the wheels?

I don't have a hub to use.

why do you want to drill some rims if you don't have a subie... :rolleyes:

 

If you don't have a spare hub or brake drum sitting around, just take one off your rig, its easy and shouldn't take very long.
