To get one do you need to go to a dealer and have them order it? or is there a some web site that offers them? my guess would be going to the dealer.

They are on ebay all the time, thats where I got all my sets from. They are well worth it, for all 6 sections I have paid anywhere from $20 to $75 for a set.
