February 20, 201016 yr It just unscrews. If it has the leather optional momo knob, unscrew the collar at the bottom and there's an allen head set screw under that.
February 21, 201016 yr Automatic or manual? In case you are buying an aftermarket knob, manual is M12x1.25, automatic is M10x1.25.

In case you are buying an aftermarket knob, manual is M12x1.25, automatic is M10x1.25. it is manual with the leather apron attached to the underside of the knob. the leather collar rotates separate from the knob but not sure how to disassemble. I have another know I would like to attach
February 26, 201016 yr If it's the standard knob, the leather shift boot just pops over a lip on the bottom of the shift knob. Slide it down off the knob and unscrew the knob.
