Did Legacy GT have skidplate?

I have 99' Legacy GT Limited, 2.5. There is no skidplate under the oil pan. I am second owner so not sure if there was one and it got yanked or there was never one to begin.

I don't think they do either. I could be wrong though. I always pull them off anyway, just gets in the way.
