Looking to replace exaust system on a 77DL sedan. Not having much luck finding exact factory stock pieces. I am especially looking for the square cheese grater exaust tip. Any ideas where to find parts?

Doubtful you will find any stock replacement pieces anymore. Any good muffler shop should be able to duplicate the stock system, or modify it for somewhat better performance. As for the tip, I don't think I've seen one but I would think this is something than could probably be fabricated fairly easily.

hang in there and we should be able to get you a complete exhaust system with the stainless tip that was in the big parts buy that we just got picked up!!!!! there were several complete exhausts in the parts!! right now everything is still loaded on the semi and will probably be 30-60 days before we unload. should be able to help with ANY OTHER PARTS needs as well. i am POSITIVE that i have your exhaust if you can wait. thanks, danny in tn:banana:

Any updates on stock parts? I have enough exhaust scraps laying around to cobble up a fix, but would rather have the option to replace with factory correct pieces.

Those pieces show up every once in awhile. I might be able to dig one out. Meanwhile I'd check with ctsuba Charlie in Salem , Rt.85.
