FSM says "17.23 +- 2.1 Ft-lb", but that nonsense is because the spec was converted from metric. Aim for 17 foot-pounds, and if you're going to be off, it's better to be at 15 than at 19 (in other words, don't overtighten it).

 

Be sure to clean the mounting surface before installing.
