Hi. folks, I recently snagged a set of 02 O.B. alloy whls. at a local wreckin' yard. A happy $25. each, so I stripped em'- sanded w/ 320 then 400 w/ a DA, then 1500 & 2000 wet. Added a hi-polish, painted the pockets Carbon Gray, then clear'd them. They don't look so much like O.B. whls. anymore, mounted Kumho Ecsta ASTs, 205 50 16, looks great, handles well, rides rougher. I'd been runnin' 205 60 14s from the XT doner car, & the 60 series was softer. Another hit on my final drive ratio, but over all I'm quite pleased. Yall hang in there, S.
