04 wrx coilovers fit 96 lego gt????

Featured Replies

i found a set of adjustable Ksport GT Coil Overs for cheap that a guy had on his 04 wrx and im wondering if they'll fit on a 1996 legacy gt?

Anybody know? Well i know someone does so thanks!!

these were a direct fit! had 500 miles on them.

retailed for $1400 new and i bought them for $125!

nice craigslist find indeed!

subaru front struts pretty much interchange from 1990 until well into the 2000's, not much has changed over a long time. legacy, impreza, OBW, forester, all interchange.

there were some changes to the rears in the 2000's, but pretty sure the WRX rears are interchangeable as a complete assembly. the setup is a little different and you can't interchange parts between them, but the entire assemblies are interchangeable.

some 2000 rear set ups differ though, not sure which ones or years.

Thanks for posting this. My brother has a set of Tein coilovers with EDFC that he took off his 02 WRX for a more aggressive setup and I have often wondered if they would fit on my 99 LGT. Right now I am sporting his stock rims, brakes, and seats, so it figures that the suspension would fit too. Now if only I could do something with the stock turbo and intercooler he replaced........
