Iv been looking for for some info and haven't had any luck so what's the deal with the front spring perch adjustment if you spin the strut cap around bolt it back in what difference dose it make to the car there has to be a reason what is it

It changes the caster of the wheel. That changes the tendancy to return to center after turning.... or not. Power steering/4WD changes how the car handles so they have two settings for the strut top.
