Info on EJ25 Quadcam wanted

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

I'm new to this site. I was hoping you guys could help me out. I have bought a EJ25 Quadcam for a conversion im doing here in Australia and i'm looking for any info on the EJ25 Quadcam engine that is from a Gen3 Outback.. I know they weren't available in Aus.. so I'm hoping someone overseas has some info like specs and wiring diagram.

The only info I have is the engine code EJ254DXDBE and it's from a 2002 Subaru Lancaster (Outback)

The heads looked like AVCS type. It definately came from a Gen3 model with the larger headlight design

Any advise and help would be much appreciated

thx

Guy

We did not get those in the US. Last year for the DOHC 2.5 non-turbo was 99 here. Sorry I cant help more with your request.

Hi guys,

I still havent had any luck finding the info, wiering diagrams for this engine. Would someone plz help me as i will soon be starting the conversion.

Thx

I don't have any info but have you tried asking over on Subaruoutback.org? They tend to have a bit more info on the "newer" models.

yes but no luck. I'll check the post and bump it up.

Do searches for EJ25D and that should point you in the right direction. Also, look on the wikipedia article for "subaru ej" engine, and see if the "ej25d" matches the year and market for the production of your car.
