so last thursday night at work around 11, my brat was broken into...

 

your probably wondering how they broke into it.. well they didnt break any windows,no..they didnt pick the locks,no... they pryed out the back window just enough to slide it and break the lock, then they realized they couldnt get to the stuff they wanted because of the jumpseat headrest:lol:

 

but wait, they though how about i just break the headrest, so they turned it 90' .

 

they got away with my new leather jacket my school bag and my new hd camera.

 

but I ask myself why? because my camera was not visible it was in the inside jacket pocket and the school bag was covered by the jacket, and why did they go through the driverside if they new the stuff was on the passenger side.

 

all in all, its not bothering me anymore, i filed a police report and I guess thats as far as I can go. my school is going to refund my books.

 

i just dont know why someone would vandalize a classic! Ive spent the last 6 months rebuilding it!

If all you keep in your car is the AM/FM stock radio, and nothing else, then probably nobody would mess with it ever.

thats sucks. all for a jacket is pretty crazy. some homeless person looking to stay warm most likley.

yeah, but I dont understand why they didnt take my head unit, 12 inch sub and amp or the 6.5 inch kicker door speakers.

just a thought, maybe they tried to steal the whole car and it wouldnt start for them with screwdriver, and maybe someone about caught them so they ran off quick.

get a club. does your ignition looked messed with.

I generally leave my car unlocked, as to not have a broken window, and don't leave anything in the car as a target.

 

Someone got in my brat and took a book bag with nothing in it.they left a boom box, flashlight, title on the floor, screwdriver, and never noticed my ign cylinder hanging out. If the thief was smarter, he could have taken my whole car, title and all.

 

my mistake was leaving the bag in the car.
