How unrealistic is a N/A MPFI EA81?

Cool, just keep the EA81T's MPFI. Use an SAFC to fine tune the fuel mixture, it modifies the signal from the MAF to trick the computer into thinking there is more or less air so that it adds more or less fuel. That way you can control the mixture accross the RPM band.
