85 Brat GL. Battery was stolen so I replaced it. When I put the battery in no power. Key warning bell works and horn, but nothing else. I pulled and checked all the fuses. Even thought that new battery may be dead so tried to jump start. Same issue. None of the dash lights work, ckecked all the grounds, is there some kind of master fuse somewhere?

The brat is my work horse, and have never had this happen.

First check the fusible links. Sounds like one of them is open.

I agree, check the fusible links. Make sure the connections to them are clean and making solid connection. It is a pretty common thing to have loose contact connections which cause this kind of trouble.
