02 WRX wagon recall question

Featured Replies

I have a 02 WRX wagon(best car i've ever owned)....I had the dealership fix the fuel leak(in cold climate)problem last summer. No charge(i had received recall letter from Subaru USA.The fuel leak has came back,i noticed in lake tahoe 2 wks ago.Should i contact local dealership,or write/call/e-mail Subaru USA??Only happens in 20* or less, but the fuel odor is very strong in the cabin! Thanks.

If you emailed SOA about the problem returning, they would probably tell you to take it back to the dealer for confirmation of the problem. Seems like it would be hard for them to reproduce the error since the mercury has been rising.
