Featured Replies

I don't have a camera anymore it got lost so basically the axel nut fell off and the CV spindles got pulled out of place so its kind of just resting there. theres about a cm of the piece where you put the axel nut sticking out of the rotor if that makes sense

My guess is that you stripped the threads while it was spinning. Can you put the axle nut back on?

its too far back theres just not enough room but it doesnt look like the threads are stripped

If you can put the nut back on I would think it would be good to go. I had the same thing happen to me once but the threads were stripped from spinning in the joint and I had to replca the axel.

push/pull it back through to show the threads.if the SPLINES are ok that is.the splines are what actuate the hub to move.if those are stripped you may need a new hub, and or axle.

cheers, b
