Hey guys, I tried to search the fourm with no results. I'm sure its well documented but I couldnt find it. anyway just looking for a a short answer. I wanted to know if the Automatic transmission from an EJ25 (1997) will work on an EJ22 (1997) (Auto).

not unless you swap in the matching ej25 rear diff as well. they have different final drive ratios. but that is the only difference.

You have to use the ej25 torque converter and flex plate with the ej25 transmission as well.
