June 22, 201114 yr Do you have to get a catalytic converter with your Y-pipe? I have a FWD carbureted EA82 wagon and aside from being all rusted, the front pipe got crushed on some rocks. The seams split, and JB weld isn't doing the trick anymore. Time for a new part. Any suggestions?
June 22, 201114 yr I found these but they are not Cali legal. http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MPE-23870/
June 22, 201114 yr I have some of these... (New-Old-Stock) Shipping would be fun from NY to CA though. If you toss me you VIN I can make sure I have the correct # for you if youre interested.
June 22, 201114 yr Author @backwoodsboy: Eureka! The car is licensed in Cali, but sitting at my parents' house in Virginia while I work in New York City temporarily (I hope). When I get home from work, I'll shoot you the VIN.
June 22, 201114 yr I have a brand new EA82 y pipe. The whole thing with the cat. Shipping would be fun, but I would take 50 for them
