Elmer 86 suby, got my vacuum to 20 after my carb got rebuilt but i have to

have the air fuel screw all the way in or it runs rough,

 

any ideas?

 

also what is the screw is on the throttle cable on the carb ?

it seemed kinda doggy all the way to the right so i turned it like 4 turns to the left (some where in the middle)

 

also will same size tire but different tred wear effect and or damage drive train?

remember this is a part time 4wd not full time all wheel drive like the modern subaru or imprezas and legacys so 90% of the time it will be in 2wd .

 

i want to get more than 1 or 2 opinions

The Idle Speed Adjustment Screw.

 

I Believe that your carb has a Vacuum Leak...
