November 30, 201114 yr Hey all! I'm trying to fix my horn ('86 GL wagon FWD), and I don't even know where the relay is located. I'm actually wondering where ALL the relays are. My little Haynes manual doesn't have very good illustrations telling where anything is. I only found out by accident that the fuel pump relay is somewhere near where my frontseat passenger puts her feet. Any one have access to an online diagram or something? Thanks!!

Hey, just so you know, If I recall correctly, your "unknown relay" is for the Rear defrost. I'm 99% sure about that one. As to the location of the horn relay, according to Mitchell's wiring diagram, there is none. They run the horns' power though the switch. Lol, I'm starting to think Subaru didn't really get the idea behind a relay....
December 4, 201114 yr Isn't the horn run through a fuse in the driver's side panel? I think it's like #5 or something. Found it! Check this and report back... http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=65726&highlight=seatbelt+fuse
