February 8, 201214 yr Welcome to USMB. I guess you're in Europe somewhere? Please update your profile so we know what continent/country. If your cars are the same search here for "delayed forward engagement" as some folks here have done well with a miracle cure in a can fixing the delayed engagement on 99's. The air suspension I can't help you with but others probably can.
February 8, 201214 yr Author thank you ! i am in the UK profile updated lol , red the post & will try to obtain a can of slip & leak fluid & see what happens
February 8, 201214 yr That was a specific brand that was working for those folks. To confirm does your trans have a spin on external filter? Somewhat up by the drivers front axle?
February 8, 201214 yr http://www.ultimatesubaru.org/forum/showthread.php?t=87708&highlight=delayed+engagement here is the thread I was thinking of.
February 8, 201214 yr Author yes it has a spin on canister / filter ! which was changed last year (october) along with the fliud
February 8, 201214 yr It sounds like your struts (inside the air bags suspension) have gone out. I am experiencing this in my gl10 and since they are factory sealed there's nothing you can do besides replace the whole unit.
February 9, 201214 yr a buddy of mine had one of those first legacy wagons with ride height adjustment and the air suspension. he just ended up putting in some regular struts in there place.
February 9, 201214 yr Author ok thank you for your experiances will bin the air ride & fit coil overs then unless can find a doner car regards andy
