February 27, 201214 yr so my legacy is letting a HG go.. only reason i say so it my overflow tank is filling up and its got carbon buildup in with it.. and i get air bubbles rushing through the heatercore everyday.. this is a 91' 2.2 legacy with only 104k its never overheated yet, but its going to get pulled before it does so. i can get a 2.5 shortblock reasonable, just debating on it really.. i already have dual port heads and a tsudo uel header. will franken motor run ok with stock 2.2 cams? i'm kinda on a budget too, hence the hesitation to jump on it.. nothing wrong with my 2.2 shortblock. ideas, suggestions, comments?
February 27, 201214 yr Yeah the stock cams run fine and if it's a daily driver I would reccomend them. The torque grind cams play havoc with the idle on the OBD-I's. GD

GD that was kinda my concern with the project, new cams would stretch the budget... what would you recommend for clutch? 2.2 or 2.5?
