liquid glass

Featured Replies

car ran great for about 1000 miles after liquid glass treatment, now it's running hot again after driving about 60 miles. wondering if i should dump another bottle in, or keep driving and adding water till i have to repair head. what do you think?

you're really in new subaru territory with the liquid glass fix. Some of us have heard of it before, as you saw in the older post, but you're (almost certainly) the first on the USMB to try it as a fix for shot heads.

If it is allowed to run hot, that will finish killing it for sure, though. I'd suggest preventing that at all costs if you are going to keep driving it for a while. I'd lean toward telling you to add another bottle. Keep in mind that I'm giving you guesswork only, that and luck (i hope :D )
