New problem... Sometimes now to get the STUPID HID's to turn on you have to put it on high beam (which works fine) and then take the fuse out for the headlight (left and right) then put it back and turn them back to low beam and they work fine. Thats the only way to ge them to work again that Ive found. What do I need to switch back to the normal bulbs, just the bulbs and I remove all this other junk? I hate these HID's..

Take some pictures of the back of the headlights. If it's just an HID "bulb" kit it may be fairly simple. Remove the "bulbs" and the cheapo ballasts (more than likely the source of the problem), and splice in new pigtails to plug into the new bulbs. You can usually get pigtails to fit most bulbs at an auto parts store. Worst case, Ebay. Search for a pigtail for the type of bulb you need.

But if he hacked up the back part of the light housings you may need to buy new headlight assemblies.
