I have a 84 gl with a ea81. The sub has been sitting awhile because of a blown radiator. It did run great before I parked it. Now I tried to start it and fuel just started pouring out of the charcole canister. So I cleaned and rebuilt the carb and now it will not start. It will run when you dump fuel down the carb a few seconds then dies. Took off the fuel line and cranked the engine and fuel come out the line and the fuel level on the sight glass on the carb is at the right level. What did I miss? Any ideas?

Idle stop solenoid powered up and working?

I just checked the solenoid again and power is there. Took it out and cleaned out the port again. While i had it out I hooked it up to power and it is working. Still will not run. Thanks for the help. any other ideas

maybe the gas cap isnt venting?

The gas cap is fine. I went thru the carb again ind made sure all ports are clean. One thing I did notice is that when i mash the throttle down

i do not see much fuel squirt down the carb.
