I assume you are asking about an Outback Sport (Impreza based) I think it would but you would have to have the matching headlights and grille as I think they changed design of them in 97?

If you need a new one then it has to be a 93-96. I don't think they made them with the vents and scoop during those years though so it will be a plain hood.
