When I am moving slowly and turn hard to the right, I notice a clunking/clicking noise coming from the left side. Or at least I notice it more on the left because I'm driving. It doesn't always do it and does it far less when turning to the left.

 

Seems like a strut thing because it sometimes makes a similar noise when going over bumps.

if your strut top bushing is bad it will cause the spring to catch and it makes a clunk whenit is turned far enough to un catch
