AWD and ABS

Featured Replies

Blu2, which has no personality yet except for a grumpy starter drive, will soon start becoming "my"car.

For the 2005 - 2009, I would like to keep from reinventing the wheel. Has anyone made a cutoff switch for the ABS, If so, where did you tap to put a switch.

The 2005 does not have a FWD fuse. It actually usses the wheel speed sensors to make sure all the tires match, etc, to keep from damaging things. Has anyone installed a AWD loc switch. I am not sure If i need one yet or not (will find out soon) but I know the AWD has a different curve then Ol Blu did. i just want to keep my options open.

I want the ability to turn it on and off. The ABS has a time and a place, but off roading and snow is not one of them.
