Hello All,

 

My son's 1990 Loyale with an EZ82 non-turbo manual transmission,  intermittently races to

3500 RPM or so.  Just started.  Any Ideas?

 

Check to see if the intake is cracked. Mine likes to idle about 500 rpm up to 1500 rpm. Around the subaru logo is where mine is cracked
